"Clean, quiet and convenient" The Capel Street apartments are convenient to the city center, only a 15 minute walk away from the Temple Bar area. We stayed twice during our trip, two nights when we first arrived and one night before we had to fly home. We had different apartments between the two stays and they were nearly identical in lay-out and features, though the second apartment, #3, had a smashed phone on the wall and an odd, extra chair without cushions that was just in the way. The apartments were very clean and there were plenty of extra towels. There was a small supply of instant coffee and tea bags which was greatly appreciated. What I liked most about staying in the apartment was the extra room, so we all had a place to hang out. Breakfast was also included and provided by the Kingfisher Restaurant a few blocks away and the food was excellent. What I didn't like was, from the information provided on the web site and conformation e-mail, it was difficult to find the rental office as there are no street numbers on the office, only a poster in the window. I suggest they update their web site and mention that the check-in is inside the Kingfisher Guesthouse office, that would save some hassle. One other check-in problem was timing. In the reservation form I mentioned in the notes that we'd be arriving in the morning around 8 am. I failed to notice that check-in time is not until 3 pm, it's not clearly stated on the web site and was absent from the confirmation e-mail. The fine gentlemen at the desk, Matthew helped our weary group by offering the use of one of the guest rooms so we'd have a place to rest until our room was ready, this was greatly appreciated. I think it would be helpful to emphasis the late check-in time. To sum up, great location, quiet building, clean facility, fabulous breakfast and a terrific value, just make it easier to find your office. Thank you. Dublin1apartments The location is fantastic and the standard of the accomodation was excellent. When we booked we really weren't expecting much for the price we paid but it excelled our expectations and we'd definietly stay again!

Capel apartments We loved that we had a kitchen and two separate bedrooms. There was a washer and dryer available also. The price was good for what it provided and if we were to visit Dublin or any city with your companys apartments, we would look into them first. Very satisfied.
