It is also located under five minute stroll from the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), and just ten to fifteen minutes walk from Dublin's other main business districts. The tram system "luas" stops within a 100 metres of the apartments. It is 5 minutes walk to Connolly Train and suburban rail Station and The Aircoach and Air Xpress Airport buses stop on O'Connell street which is the cities principal street running parallel to Gardiner Street.
